For existing business, the provisions of the permitted development order apply and allow for a limited level of development without the requirement to submit a planning application.  However, permitted development allowance is far more limited in its reach toward commercial properties in contrast to that of  domestic properties.  The majority of commercial development requires planning permission and our expertise is an invaluable aid in assisting to achieve your desired planning objective.
