PLANNING APPEALS

If your application is refused, we will prepare your planning appeal and submit it to the planning inspectorate.  Preparation of a planning appeal requires a detailed understanding of the legal and structural aspects of the planning system and a grasp on the local planning policy considerations associated with your application.

We will present on your behalf at an informal hearing appeal procedure and at a planning inquiry procedure.  We will advise on the most appropriate of procedures for your appeal and where necessary we will consult with and appoint legal council on your behalf.
